- Critical Air is driven by over 100 KPI’s.
- All issues and difficulties raised by customers result in a formal process review and definite feedback to the customer.
- Data collection in terms of over 1,000 failure modes is amongst the most comprehensive anywhere.
- There are always several customer-benefit projects on the go, some such as Downtime Decision Modeling being major R&D exercises.
- Customer surveys and post-job reviews are routine.
- Even after 45 years we still insist on independent inspection of all compressor failures.
